Tried and true healthy Protein Ball recipe.
In a food processor place:
1 cup Nuts of choice , we used cashews 1/2 cup Oats 3 scoops of vegan protein powder chocolate (we used Prana On For this recipe)
Blitz for a few seconds to break up nuts.
Then add
2 cups pitted dates or prunes (softened in boiling water for 5 mins if they are hard) Blitz till combined and mixture starts rolling together and coming away from the sides. If it’s too dry add a LITTLE BIT of water.
Transfer to a bowl and set in fridge for 3-5 mins.
You are ready to ProBall!!
Roll balls in desecrated coconut.
Makes approx 24 Balls.
